Hello neighbors, I am gathering information to help provide community transparency regarding our local water quality. Many neighbors have reported issues like black residue, discoloration, and odors for years, yet these problems often persist despite individual efforts to fix them.

The goal of this survey is to compile documented evidence of how many households are affected and for how long. This collective information will be vital to provide for a wider community complaint to ensure our concerns are addressed by the proper authorities.
