On November 7, 1997, at approximately 7:45 P.M., Casey J. Stargell was found deceased at the MARTA Lakewood Station in Fulton County, Georgia after getting into a verbal argument on the train. The perpetrator followed him off the train to continue the argument. The perpetrator proceeded to hit the victim with a gun and then shoot and kill him.
