Stephanie Howard was 22 years old when she was last seen on November 30, 2001, walking along Highway 301 in the city limits of Jesup at approximately 8:30 p.m. It is not known if foul play was involved in Stephanie's disappearance.

Stephanie was last seen wearing blue jeans, white shoes, and a gray shirt with the name “Robert E. Lee” on the back of the shirt.
