On April 14, 1989, at approximately 11:30 P.M., Warren R. Jones, a Fulton County Correctional Officer, was robbed and shot at 1097 Harwell Road, Atlanta, Georgia near the Blue Flame Club. The victim bled to death as a result of the gunshot wound.
