HOW IT WORKS
Community Signatures gives neighbors a clear path from a shared concern to a documented community request. Read the full letter, review its deadline and context, then decide whether your own name should support the engagement.
Community Signatures organizes community letters in one dependable place so residents can review the request, understand the purpose, and add a verified signature without losing the original wording or deadline.
A document begins when an authorized community member creates a letter and records the request, supporting notice and signature deadline. After the lead signer confirms the final text, the document opens for community signatures.
Each signer must use an active E-Safe account, the registered account email and a typed signature that matches the registered name. One account may sign a document once, and the system records the date, time and evidence record.
Your signature is added to the document record and the letter remains available for review until its deadline or closure. The lead and community record retains the document evidence needed for accountable follow-up.
Thoughtful participation makes a letter more useful. Share a supported engagement with neighbors and on appropriate social channels, encourage people to read the full request, and keep discussion respectful and focused.
