1. Acceptance of Terms
By using E-Safe, creating an account, submitting a form, or using any feature on the website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the website.
2. Nature of Service
E-Safe is a privately operated information website. E-Safe provides community information, public awareness content, and veterans resource information.
E-Safe is not a law enforcement agency, government department, emergency response service, or VA agency, nor a representative of any such entity.
E-Safe provides information only.
3. Eligibility and User Responsibility
Users must provide accurate information when using account or contact features.
A user is responsible for protecting account credentials and for activity that occurs under that user’s account.
4. Acceptable Use
A user may not use E-Safe to:
a. submit unlawful, threatening, harassing, fraudulent, or misleading content
b. interfere with the website’s security or operation
c. impersonate another person
d. use the website for spam, abuse, or unlawful activity
e. submit another person’s personal information without proper right or permission
5. User Submitted Information
A user remains responsible for information the user enters or submits through the website.
By submitting information through the website, the user gives E-Safe a limited, nonexclusive license to receive, store, display, and process that information only as needed to operate the website and provide the requested information service.
6. Privacy, Retention, and Deletion
Data practices, data categories, retention periods, deletion rights, breach notices, and ownership change protections are described in the Privacy Policy.
A user may request permanent deletion of the user’s account and associated personal data by following the deletion instructions in the Privacy Policy.
7. No Sale of Data and No Targeted Advertising
E-Safe does not sell personal information for money or other profit.
E-Safe does not use personal information for targeted advertising, behavioral advertising, profiling, or similar transactions that do not involve money but could influence what content, notices, or offers a user sees.
8. Third Party Service Providers
E-Safe may use limited third party providers needed to host, secure, maintain, support, or measure the website. Those providers and their roles are identified in the Privacy Policy.
Those providers may process user data only as needed to support E-Safe and may not use it for unrelated purposes without user consent, unless disclosure is legally required.
9. No Emergency or Official Reporting Use
E-Safe is not an emergency reporting channel.
Do not use E-Safe to report a crime in progress, a medical emergency, a benefits emergency, or any other urgent matter. In an emergency, call 911. For official claims, benefits, records, or case actions, contact the responsible government agency or service provider directly.

E-Safe is provided on an as is and as available basis.
E-Safe does not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete accuracy, or error free operation.
E-Safe does not guarantee that information provided through the website replaces official guidance, official records, or official agency action.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, E-Safe and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the website.
12. Suspension or Termination
E-Safe may suspend, restrict, or terminate access for violations of these Terms and Conditions, abuse of the website, legal requirements, or security reasons.
13. Ownership Change or Closure
If E-Safe is sold, transferred, merged, reorganized, or closed, users will be notified before any material change in how personal data is handled and will have the options described in the Privacy Policy.
